The fat, which is extracted from various chicken materials, is purified and stored in one of our storage tanks immediately after its production. The chicken fat has a light, golden-yellow colour and is characterised by the low free fatty acid (F.F.A.) content. The low peroxide value of the chicken fat produced by Polskamp Meat Industrie makes this product ideal for a wide range of applications.

Polskamp Meat Industrie offers chicken fat that is produced in a production site with a BRC Food AA-level certification. It is also possible to supply chicken fat with an accompanying commercial document in accordance with directive (EC) 1069/2009.
